Adjusting supply to demand
Today’s stricter thermal and environmental regulations, as well as the expected increase in the price of fossil fuels and electricity, make it important to find local solutions that can contain operating costs, cut energy consumption, improve energy performance and reduce environmental impacts.
Hydrothermal systems are an ideal solution, based on matching supply and demand (proximity and temperature). They can cover both heating and cooling needs and minimise the use of heat pumps.
From feasibility studies to project management, we specialise in low-temperature water loops and networks supplied by hydrothermal energy (lake or sea water, wastewater, groundwater, rivers and streams), to cover the heating and cooling requirements of existing or new districts (housing, business, industries), with upwards of ten projects completed or under way in France and Switzerland.
