As part of the renovation of the building located on the avenue Dumas 23-23a in Geneva, Losinger Marazzi proposed an EPC to the owner of the premises, the purpose of which would be to cover the renovation costs associated with the building's energy efficiency.
BG was commissioned to draft the contract and the appendices necessary for its successful implementation. Further, BG assisted Losinger Marazzi in setting up an energy efficiency savings monitoring and calculation tool in order to be able to review the improvement in the energy performance of the renovated building.
