Optimal spatial planning
Given the increasingly limited buildable space, creating and developing large districts and quarters are major challenges in terms of urban planning, landscape, mobility and the environment. We plan out projects of this type in close collaboration with urban planners, architects and landscape architects to define the best solutions.
A pioneering role
Eco-districts are becoming an increasingly explicit expectation. Our expertise in sustainable energy concepts enables us to address these expectations by leveraging all the pioneering potential of a site in terms of exploiting locally available energy, maximising heat recovery, optimising networks and designing efficient lighting systems.
Eco-districts and -quarters require complex planning that will determine not only their ecological quality but also the quality of life for future users. A successful mix (housing, common areas and amenities, shops, offices and crafts) in these new districts helps create a new urban balance.
