Training and promoting talents

BG supports students via internships or collaborations on their various projects throughout their curriculum. The Group offers thorough training in many different fields for motivated young persons looking for a high-potential career.

About fifteen youngsters are currently trained in various professions such as civil engineering draughtsman, construction equipment designer, electricity planner or office clerk. Through its size and international scope of activities, BG offers many advantages to the young people who join.
