BG’s operational structure is organised around fields of expertise divided into units of professional skills, which can rely on central services.
The staff of the various fields and units can be located on various geographical sites.

Mandates are carried out by project teams, bringing together the skills best suited to the specific – often multidisciplinary – project, which may thus involve staff from different sites, units or even fields.

BG is a fully networked company, whose collective intelligence gradually builds up via actual projects completed throughout the Group’s structure. 
This “neuronal” operating mode is supported by a highly efficient IT system which ensures optimum “synaptic” connections.
